Features

Everything around attendance and the diary in one place

Nothing extra you would never use. Just what actually saves time at the end of the month.

One-tap attendance

An employee opens their phone, taps a project and the check-in is recorded. Same on the way out. The app suggests the nearest project by location, tracks breaks and can auto-close forgotten shifts.

Project diary

Attendance and notes turn into a daily overview — who was on the project, from when to when and what was done, topped with an AI summary. Close the diary and download it as a PDF. For construction companies it doubles as the construction site diary.

Notes — typed or spoken

Type a work note or dictate it straight into the phone. AI transcribes it into readable text and files it under the right day — ideal when a worker has their hands full.

Monthly payroll statement

Hours broken down by category — worked, night, weekend, holiday, overtime. One A4 page per employee in PDF, or an Excel (XLSX) export. Your payroll input is ready in seconds.

Vacations and absences

Vacation, sick leave, doctor visits or family care in a few taps, with approvals and a vacation balance overview. Absences flow into the statement, so the month adds up.

AI assistant over your data

Ask in plain language — "who is on site right now?", "what's waiting for my approval?" — and the built-in assistant answers from your organization's own attendance data. Read-only by design: it can never change anything. The assistant is available to the owner and admins only.

Roles and permissions

Worker, Manager, Admin and Owner — everyone sees only what is theirs. Managers approve their own crews, delegated permissions and custom roles cover the org structures a real company has.

On the phone and in the browser

Nothing to install from an app store — the app runs in the browser and can be added to the phone's home screen, where it opens full-screen and survives patchy site connectivity (PWA).

How it works

Up and running in minutes, works in three steps

  1. 1

The employee clocks in on their phone

They arrive on site, tap a project — the check-in is recorded. Same on the way out. Optionally they add a note about what was done that day.

  2. 2

    The diary writes itself

Attendance and notes become a project diary with a daily overview and an AI summary. Nothing to copy over from paper.

  3. 3

Download the statement and the diary

At the end of the month you export the payroll hours statement (PDF/Excel) and the project diary as a PDF. Done.

Built for construction crews. Easy to reshape.

Out of the box Turniket speaks the language of construction companies, electrical contractors and trade crews — sites, site diaries, geofence. But the whole product is built and evolved with AI, so adapting it to a different field — facility service, cleaning crews, agencies, rentals — is a matter of days, not months.

What's new

Turniket keeps getting better

The latest releases, taken straight from the app's changelog — everything you see here is already live.

v0.74.0Latest
  • The e-mail address an account signs in with can be corrected. Owners and administrators change it on the user's detail page — their own included, which previously had no route at all — and the field explains that the password is unaffected. An address already in use by another account in your organization is refused, and every change is written to the account's history.
  • The operator console lists the login each organization is entered with, so answering "who signs in here?" no longer means entering the organization to look it up.
  • Fixed a scrollbar that appeared inside the tab strip on detail pages and painted over the tab names — the row of tabs (Details, Members, Permissions…) reads cleanly again.
  • The "Requires action" rows on the dashboard sit on one geometry, so their counts line up instead of stepping in and out by a few pixels.
v0.73.0
  • Your plan's people limit now applies to everyone in your organization, not just to the moment you add someone. If your organization has more active accounts than your plan covers, the ones that don't fit are parked: they can't sign in, but nothing of theirs is deleted — their attendance, notes, diary entries and reports stay exactly as they were, and they still appear everywhere in your history.
  • Who stays active is decided predictably: the owner always keeps access, then the higher roles, then the people who have most recently worked or signed in. Anyone in the middle of a shift is skipped, so nobody is ever locked out before they can clock off.
  • You can swap who holds a seat at any time: switch one person off and another back on from their profile. When your plan grows, the accounts the system parked come back on their own — but anyone you switched off yourself stays off, so a former employee is never brought back by an upgrade.
  • Someone whose account is parked now gets a clear message when they try to sign in, instead of “incorrect email or password”. Administrators see a separate “No licence” badge in the people list, and a banner shows how many accounts are affected.
  • Attendance for a deactivated person can still be corrected for the period they actually worked, but no longer entered for days after they were switched off.
v0.72.0
  • The Free plan now covers up to 2 people in one organization — the pricing page used to say 5. Attendance, the project diary, absences, reports and exports stay included, and AI features stay off. Organizations already above that number keep working and keep clocking in; only adding another person is refused.
  • The pricing page now states what the app has always enforced: the QVinto assistant is available to the owner and admins only.
  • A crown now marks the QVinto assistant in the menu when your plan does not include AI. The item stays where it is — you can still open it and see what it does — you just learn it needs a higher plan before you click instead of after.
  • The public landing page became an optional module. Deployment operators switch it on or off in Settings → Server → Modules; with it off, the address that used to show the landing opens the sign-in page instead. Newly created deployments start with it off, so an instance never publishes a product page its operator did not ask for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is Turniket for?

Any operation that needs to track attendance by people or projects — companies and offices, tradespeople, construction companies, gyms and studios, schools and clubs, or events and temp crews. For construction companies the project diary doubles as the construction site diary; everyone else uses it as an overview of what happened on a project on a given day.

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan for up to 2 people in one organization (attendance, diary, exports — no AI). Every signup starts with a 14-day full-featured trial; after it ends you continue on the Free plan automatically. Paid plans are flat monthly: Small €19 for up to 10 people, Medium €49 for up to 30, and Enterprise on request. AI features (the QVinto assistant, voice transcription, AI diary) are included from Small up, or can be added to Free as a one-time €5 add-on; the QVinto assistant is available to the owner and admins only.

Where is our data stored? What about GDPR?

Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Every organization has its data separated from the others and access is governed by roles (Worker, Manager, Admin, Owner). A versioned privacy policy with user consent is included, along with data export and erasure on request — the current wording is at time.ity.sk/gdpr.

Do we have to install anything?

No. Turniket runs in a regular browser on both desktop and phone. On the phone you can add it to the home screen as an app (PWA) — it opens full-screen and works like a native app, without an app-store download.

How are overtime, night work and holidays counted?

Worked time is automatically broken down into categories — worked hours, night work, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and overtime — with breaks deducted. The result is a monthly statement you hand to payroll as PDF or Excel.

How do we start?

Click “Try it for free”, create an organization, verify your e-mail and invite your employees. You can do the first clock-in the very same day. If you have questions, write to us at time@ity.sk.
